Welcome to my web page. 

There are 24 students in my class and there are two teachers at the first grade level.  My students are able to take part in a variety of activities throughout the school year.  All students participate in 'Everyone Wins'.  A reading program where volunteers read 1/1 with the students during lunch every other week.  Rise and Read is a program that allows students to come to school at 8:00AM and read with University students.  Roll and Read is a program that allows students to bring a book home everyday at their reading level.  Students also take part in two exhibits throughout the year.  In the fall,  the exhibit is on Balance and Motion and in the spring the exhibit is Air and Weather.  Some students may take part in the SEM (Student Enrichment Model) program.
