Ms. Mollin's Classroom

Ms. Mollin starting our day with Daily Oral Language.
Welcome to our 5th and 6th grade classroom at Rondo.  Our class is eight students strong and growing.  Mr Fitz and Mr. Carter and myself make up the adult component of our room. 
We are a hardworking group.  An important component in our curriculum is the homework packet.  Homework packets are designed to help students understand key concepts and practice new skills.  At the beginning of the week, students receive a spelling packet, math sheet and reading log.
We are also working on improving our reading and writing skills.  Our classroom has completed many

projects and reports, most recently, one on Martin Luther King.   The students also presented their "I Have A Dream" ideas for themselves, their school, community, country and the world at our Friday award ceremony.  It was an impressive list!
As always, we will continue to celebrate our accomplishments both in academics and in social skills.  Our goal is to learn and grow as students and as people.
