The Rondo Discovery Club kids, with the help of Miss Yvonne, have worked on two peace gardens as part of two service learning projects. The first garden is the Peace Sculpture Garden that is located by the Red Entrance outside of the Discovery Club windows. The second garden, the Upper Peace Garden, is located by the baseball backstop beyond the playground and black top area. Funding for these projects was provided by the Saint Paul Community Education Service-Learning Program. Please check out the link to the online photo albums of both gardens.
