Teacher Bio My name is Amy Thorpe and this is my seventh year teaching at Museum Magnet. I have taught in a variety of school settings: in Germany on an Army base, in Detroit at an inner city school, in Chicago at a suburban school, in a very multicultural school in Australia and here in St. Paul. I have taught first, second, third, fourth, and sixth grades and worked with kindergarteners as a literacy prep teacher. This is my 28th year of teaching and I am still always learning something new!
